Payme is leading online payment service in Uzbekistan.

It was the first company who have launched P2P transfers, QR payments, and online utility bill payments — making everyday transactions as simple as possible.

Today, Payme is part of the TBC Bank Group. It is a large fintech ecosystem with a total audience of more than 17 million users.

My role

Over three years, I made a strong contribution to App Features, Onboarding, Services, and the Design System.I grew from an individual contributor to leading core projects, improved design processes, and mentored other designers.

It connects all key processes — from onboarding and team management to call analytics and cost control. The main goal was to increase efficiency and help businesses make data-based decisions.

As a result, the system reduced management time, improved team performance, and optimized communication costs.
